If you want to make long-term, positive changes for your mind and body, we believe you’ll get the best results by following a consistent, sustainable approach that doesn’t require a lot of new effort or willpower.

That’s why we encourage everyone in our community — including our coaches — to add small, actionable tasks to their lives every week, all in the spirit of “kaizen” (continuous improvement). 

By gently adding a variety of positive behaviors and habits to our lifestyles — while generously supporting each other — we can improve our lives exponentially.

At ALTYOU, nobody else touches your equipment during class. You’ll have your own workstation, your own personal sanitation station, and only 5 people per class, socially distanced.
